GARLIC 'Meadow' --Allium canadense--

Pretty little clump of grass-like leaves that produces clusters of white to pale lilac flowers in late spring. Heavy fragrance of scallions when crushed or cut. Flowers turn into tiny bulbs of their own which will fall and spread the cluster. Edible bulb, bulblets, and leaves (recommended in small quantities only) taste like onion. Texas native. Attracts pollinators and birds, deer and rabbit resistant. Perennial and tolerant of a wide variety of sun conditions, but prefers part shade.
