Another great addition to the ruffled red category, which tend ot be more tender, less bitter, and with a hint of mustardy zing than other kales. This is a "grex" (freely interbreeding diverse population) that contains a wide variety of Siberian and red Russian kales plus the Willem's Blauwe that we also sell as a pure strain.
