KALE 'Ethiopian'
In Ethiopia, known as "Habesha gomen", here sometimes called Abyssinian mustard or Texsel. Closely related to cabbage, sweet and mild flavor with a hint of mustard tang. Use in place of any kale, mustard, cabbage, or collard. Rare! Seeds are used to make oil and even jet fuel! 48 days.
