AKA Couve Tronchuda, Sweet and incredibly tender kale so good raw our staff has a hard time not eating our stock! Delicious when finely sliced and briefly cooked, made into caldo verde, or in green smoothies. Very hardy kale! Works well as cut-and-come-again crop. Needs 3 foot space in the garden. 85 days, heirloom.
