AKA Couve Tronchuda, Sweet and tender kale might fool you into thinking it's collards! Delicious when finely sliced and briefly cooked, made into caldo verde, & also great raw. Very hardy kale! Works well as cut-and-come-again crop. Needs 3 foot space in the garden. 85 days.
