KALE 'Red Winter'

Big 4 foot plants with stunning purple-red tones, frilly leaves, and great cold-hardiness. Young leaves make a great raw salad kale. Resistant to powdery mildew and survives temps in the teens. Breeder Nash crossed purple Vates sports (sports are spontaneous mutations) with brussels to achieve this stunning variety, leading some to call this "Nash Red Kale". 62 days.
