Attractive dark green kale with red veined, frilly, tightly curled leaves. Produces tasty, nutritious leaves when little else is available. Very winter-hardy, the colour intensifies after first frost. Excellent source of both vitamins A and C. Open-Pollinated. Biennial. 60-90 days
