MELON 'Canary Yellow'

Quite a long vine with small sweet melons that taste a bit like honeydew (and are indeed in the same subgroup, Inodorus), about the size of a cantaloupe - 3-7 fruits per vine. Melon flesh is pale yellow-green and enhances the flavor of any fruit salad or sorbet, sweet, creamy, and juicy. Harvest when skin color darkens from cream to dark yellow, holds much longer after harvest than some varieties. 80 to 120 days, heirloom originating in the middle East.
