MELON 'Golden Midget Watermelon'

A beautiful miniature watermelon that weighs around 3 lbs. Rinds turn golden yellow when ripe, and hide dramatic salmon-pink colored flesh. The taste is sweet and refreshing. Very early, matures in just 70 days. Developed by Elwyn Meader and Albert Yaeger at U of N. H. in 1959 and selected for tis unique yellow skin with a pink flesh and very early maturity. Heirloom.
