SAGE 'Dakota' --Artemisia ludoviciana--

Grows all over the badlands of South Dakota (and now here!). Burns like other artemisias, though less intensely. Easy-to-grow smudging sage! It's important to find wonderful alternative smudges like this one to avoid overharvesting rare plants important to native peoples.
