SQUASH 'Guatemalan Blue'

Really beautiful heirloom banana-style squash, 5 or more pounds and up to 20" long, with slate and sky blue stripey skin, and thick golden flesh. Banana squashes (cucurbita maxima) are noted for their fine table quality - smooth, tender texture, and sweet, nutty, and subtly fruity flavor. Stores well. 90-95 days.
