SQUASH 'Pink Banana'

Banana shaped but NOT banana-sized! Large winter squash is closely related to pumpkins, and can get to 40lbs and 48" long, and is a great long-term keeper. Bright orange flesh is delicious and sweet, great for canning, baking, and lovely in soups. Can be used in place of pumpkin or butternut in any recipe. Skin turns pink-orange at maturity. 105 days.
