Popular squash with stringy flesh that's sometimes used as a carb-free noodle. 3-5 lb. oblong fruit around 8" long. Avg. yield, 4-5 fruits/plant. Skin is ivory changing to pale yellow at maturity. Bake like squash or boil and fork out the flesh. Full sun. 80-100 days, excellent holding power - fruit with undamaged skin can last months in the pantry.
