Barleria cristata --Philippine Violet--

Root-hardy perennial forms an attractive, upright shrub that grows to about 3 feet. Popular for its late-season blue-violet flowers that bloom along the stems starting in spring but most heavily late-summer to fall. Dark green foliage is attractive and pest and disease resistant.
